Prior to a hearing, the Court may issue a tentative ruling. The tentative ruling will become the order of the Court, and no hearing will be
held, unless a party to the case requests an appearance. Tentative rulings will be made available no later than 2:00 p.m. on the court day
before the matter is heard. A party requesting an appearance must advise the department clerk and the opposing party no later than
4:00 p.m. on the court day before the hearing date.
