The Judicial Council has updated the Unlawful Detainer’s Answer form (UD-105). The new form cannot be e-filed with the clerk’s office. The link above is the most recent form located on the Judicial Council website. You may fill out the Answer form, print it, and drop it off at the Carol Miller Justice Center at 301 Bicentennial Circle, Sacramento, California, with the appropriate filing fee or a fee waiver. If you are a tenant and are being sued by your landlord, you can file an Answer.

Unlawful Detainer UD-125 form (Application to Prevent Forfeiture Due to Covid-19 Rental Debt) cannot be e-filed with the clerk’s office.
