Small Claims court utilizes current technology to create and maintain electronic case files. This means no paper files. You can file your case (if you have a computer with a connection to the Internet and an e-mail address) by accessing the Small Claims E-Filing page. Computers are available for public use in the Small Claims/Unlawful Detainer Lobby located on the second floor. Court staff scan all paper documents that are filed with the court into the computer system.
