The Family Law filing counter is located in Room 100. Family Law staff accept all filings to family law cases, hand out legal forms, and accept payment of family law filing fees. Filing counter staff also schedule family law trials and settlement conferences and accept requests for emergency orders by way of ex parte hearings.
